It hit home in so many factors of my life from personal to professional.So why then do i say that excellence is a habit?The internet, technological advancements, and easier access to personal development resources have all contributed to this.You need to devote time and energy into practicing your soft skills, and use them relentlessly even in the face of bad markets.As well as general merit;Success is tied to results (things you can't control) while excellence is tied to the process (a habit and a mindset) that you can control.
